The 2026 Edition includes recent legislation that:
- Creates exemptions from minimum wage, overtime pay, and recordkeeping requirements for minor league baseball players
- Provides an exclusion, when contracting for certain worker’s compensation fee schedule activities, from state agency procedures for determining whether services are appropriate
- Transfers worker’s compensation adjudicatory functions from the Wisconsin Department of Administration to the Wisconsin Department of Workforce Development
