How do I view my CLE history?

To access your CLE history, log in, if you have not already done so. (You will find Log In section at the top of WisBar.) Once you've logged in, go to myCLETracker (found through the myStateBar link at the top of WisBar).

To view your CLE seminar and credit details, choose a reporting period or date range under Select Reporting Period, then select the "View/Edit" button.

Here, you can view all your State Bar of Wisconsin Sponsored CLE, as well as Self Reported CLE not sponsored by the State Bar.

Some CLE may display under Pending CLE Credits. CLE will move to State Bar Sponsored CLE credits when it is approved by the Board of Bar Examiners and attendance for the seminar is validated. This process can take a few days or several months. You CAN report credits to the BBE while the credits are listed as pending on the CLE Tracker.

How is new CLE added?

State Bar of Wisconsin sponsored CLE is automatically added to your CLE Tracker. Some CLE may display as Pending CLE Credits. CLE will then move to State Bar Sponsored CLE credits when it is approved by the Board of Bar Examiners and attendance for the seminar is validated. You CAN report credits to the BBE while the credits are listed as pending on the CLE Tracker.

State Bar of Wisconsin sponsored CLE OnDemand is typically added to your history 24 hours after viewing.

You must manually enter CLE not sponsored by the State Bar of Wisconsin as Self Reported CLE, if you would like it to appear in CLE Tracker.

What CLE details are available for State Bar sponsored events?

State Bar of Wisconsin PINNACLE sponsored CLE automatically adds the maximum achievable CLE, EPR, LAU, LPM and all GAL credits available to an attendee for the seminar event. If you did not achieve the full credits (i.e. did not attend the full event), you may edit your credits for that item (see "How do I edit CLE?" for details).

The State Bar does not track or report other credit types (i.e. out of state credits) for any events that might have been approved for these other credits. If you wish to track your other CLE types you may do this by adding a new Self Reported CLE and using the "Other Credits" option.

What CLE do I need to add manually?

If you attend a course that has been approved for credit by the Board of Bar Examiners, but the State Bar did not sponsor, this CLE must be manually created as Self Reported CLE.

Any approved courses you have taught will need to be entered in as Self Reported CLE, separately from your attendance. Any Board of Bar Examiners approved authoring credits will need to be entered in as Self Reported CLE. See "How do I enter in Teaching/Speaker or approved Authoring CLE?" below for details.

What CLE is tracked?

CLE Tracker tracks both State Bar of Wisconsin PINNACLE sponsored and self-reported CLE.

State Bar of Wisconsin PINNACLE sponsored CLE

Approved PINNACLE sponsored CLE includes CLE approved by the Board of Bar Examiners and validated attendance by the State Bar.

Pending PINNACLE sponsored CLE includes all existing registrations for State Bar CLE events pending Board of Bar Examiners approval and/or to be validated. Pending status on the Tracker does not preclude you from reporting your credits to the BBE. To see approved credits, go to https://www.wicourts.gov/services/attorney/edu.htm.

Self Reported CLE

If you would like CLE not sponsored by the State Bar to appear in my CLE Tracker, you must enter that CLE manually. In addition to CLE and EPR from attendance, you can report other credits, such as GAL, LPM, LAU, or those earned from speaking or teaching, and legal writing.

What if my CLE is not listed here?

All State Bar of Wisconsin sponsored CLE will automatically be added to CLE Tracker. Some CLE may first display as Pending CLE if pending BBE verification. Once the Board of Bar Examiners has approved the CLE and the event has been reconciled, which is usually within 30 days of the event, it will be moved to the State Bar Sponsored CLE listing. CLE OnDemand viewed on WisBar is usually added within 24 hours of viewing the event.

If you believe that it is time for Pending CLE to be listed as Approved CLE, you may want to access the Board of Bar Examiner's searchable database of approved CLE courses. If the course is listed here, it is approved for the listed credits. You can report credits to the BBE even while they are listed as "pending" on the CLE Tracker. For questions regarding the status of a State Bar of Wisconsin course, contact Customer Service.

If your CLE was not sponsored by the State Bar of Wisconsin, but was approved for credit by the Board of Bar Examiners, you'll need to add the course as a Self Reported CLE. Credit information for most CLE can be accessed via the Board of Bar Examiner's searchable database of approved CLE courses.

What is myCLE Tracker?

WisBar offers a convenient way for members of the State Bar to track their CLE seminar attendance in one place. Here you can view and edit your history of CLE credits attended through the State Bar and add seminar CLE credits attended through other providers. Go to myCLE Tracker.

Using this tool to track your CLE seminars can help expedite the electronic filing of Continuing Legal Education Requirements (Form 1), you must file biennially with the Board of Bar Examiners to report your CLE compliance.

It is your responsibility that the CLE attended is accurate and completed with all CLE information required by the BBE.

Online Forms Bank Support
Can I get the form fields to be highlighted in Adobe Acrobat?

Select the "Highlight Fields" option located just below the toolbar menus in both the Reader and Acrobat programs. The form fields will then be highlighted on your screen.

Can I purchase individual forms?

Only a handful of real estate forms are available for purchase as an individual, one-time download. If you purchase an individual form, you will have access to the form for seven days, during which you can download a zipped file with all available file formats of that form. Once the download period has ended, you will have to re-purchase the form to receive any updates.

Individual forms only can be used according to the terms set forth in the User Agreement. It is a violation of the User Agreement if a single individual form is purchased and used for multiple clients. If you would like to use a form for multiple clients, you can do so by increasing the quantity of the form at the time of purchase.

The Online Forms Bank is intended for sale to and use by State Bar of Wisconsin attorneys only. To purchase these products online, you must be logged in as an attorney member.

Can I view what forms are available from a forms library before I make a purchase?

View the number, titles, and available formats of the forms before purchasing a subscription to a library. Descriptions and revision dates are also available for each form before and after purchase.

How do I access my downloadable products?

On your myMedia page, please click on the product name under "My Downloadable Products" to start the download. If you receive a prompt when clicking on the link, save the zipped file to your hard drive. You can then open the zipped file and copy the files to your hard drive.

When downloading a zipped file, you must extract the files contained within before you can open them. You will be unable to open the zipped file directly from a program like Word or Adobe® Acrobat®.

How do I access the contents of zip files?

To open zip files, you must have a program that can decompress the contents of the file. While newer versions of Windows, have zip functionality built in, older versions and other systems require a separate program.

PKWARE offers ZIP Reader, a free Windows utility that allows you to open and extract zip files.

WinZip is another popular utility. You can evaluate the product before purchase.

How do I access the individual form I purchased?

After purchasing an individual form, you will receive an email with a link to a zipped file containing all available formats for that form, as well as a copy of the User Agreement. In addition, you can access your forms by going to myMedia and clicking on the product name under My Downloadable Products.

If you receive a prompt when clicking on the link, Save the zipped file to your hard drive. You can then open the zipped file and copy the files to your hard drive.

You will have access to download the form for seven days, after which your link will expire and you will be unable to download the form.

You can check whether or not you have an email address on file with the State Bar by visiting myMedia. If you do not have an email address on file, you must add one before completing your order. You can do this online, before your order, or at the time of purchase by calling Customer Service at (800) 728-7788.

If you did not have an email on your record and completed a purchase, you must contact Customer Service at (800) 728-7788 for your form. You will also have to supply an email address for the delivery of your form.

Individual forms can only be accessed online, with a valid email address, and can only be used according to the terms set forth in the User Agreement.

How do I access the Online Forms Bank?

Once you have purchased a subscription to a forms library, you will be able to login to the Forms Bank using the same login information you use for WisBar.

Once you log in, you can access any forms from the libraries you have purchased. You can view the libraries you have purchased by going to myMedia and looking under the My Downloadable Products section on the page or by selecting the Forms Libraries tab.

How do I renew my forms library subscription?

The State Bar will notify you when your expiration date nears and extend the option to renew at a discount off the current price. Renewals receive 10% off when purchased within 60 days of subscription expiration.

How does Adobe Acrobat treat form text that does not fit within the form fields?

Completed form text in a field will not wrap or condense to a smaller font size if your text goes beyond the form field's size limit. Please use an alternative form format if you require more space in a field.

How safe are the downloadable forms?

Files are scanned for all currently known viruses before being made available for download, as well as on a daily basis. However, you should still be sure to scan downloaded files before use.

If I purchase a number of licenses, how can I change who can access the online forms library?

If a subscriber leaves a firm, any forms subscriptions they hold may be reassigned to another member of the firm by calling State Bar customer service at (800) 728-7788. You must provide the name of the new subscriber at this time. If additional licenses are needed, new users can be added at any time at a prorated charge.

Once I subscribe to a forms library, do I have to pay extra to receive updates?

No. Any time the State Bar issues a revision during your subscription, the form will be updated automatically, without additional cost to the subscriber. When forms are updated, you will receive an email notification with a link to the new forms. Additionally, if the Bar adds new forms, checklists, or other documents to the library during your subscription, you can access those forms -- FREE.

The State Bar of Wisconsin updates forms at least as often as the source books are updated; and will regularly review forms to keep them as current as possible. The State Bar of Wisconsin CANNOT guarantee that all forms are current “up to the minute” due to the rapidly changing nature of the law. To assure that you are using the most current version of the form available, you should log in to WisBar whenever you need to use a form.

Should I open or save the file?

When you attempt to view a form in the forms library, you may be prompted to choose between opening the file or saving it to your computer.

The State Bar recommends that subscribers to a forms library open the forms, instead of saving them to their computer. Doing so will ensure that you are using the most current version of the form available.

If you have purchased an individual form, you must save the zipped file to your computer, as the form will only be available to you for download for a short time. You can then open the zipped file and copy the files to your hard drive. If you do not download the zip file to your computer before the expiration date, you will be unable to access zip file.

What are my purchase options?

You may purchase a one-year subscription to a forms library, or one-time use forms, by ordering online, or by calling the State Bar of Wisconsin at (800) 728-7788. If a number of individuals within your law firm will be using the libraries, you can purchase multi-user licenses by calling the State Bar of Wisconsin.

If you will be subscribing online to a forms library for yourself, or are purchasing one-time use forms, you will receive access immediately after your purchase. Ordering multi-user licenses, and ordering by phone, will result in access within one business day.

Fill them out faster - Quick-fill options on the PDF formats allow you to tab between fields for fast, simple completion.

Make them your own - Word format allows you to easily edit forms to seamlessly fit your client's needs or your firm's procedures.

What are the notes icons in the Adobe Acrobat forms?

The note icons next to some of the form fields contain comment text for assisting you in form completion. The notes are visible on the screen only, unless you specifically opt to print them. The tab key will tab through the note icons as well as the form fields.

What are zip files?

Zip files, sometimes called archives, contain one or more compressed files. Zip files make it easy to keep files together and allow a faster download.

What does the reset button do in the Adobe Acrobat forms?

For your convenience, each Adobe Acrobat form contains a reset button on the bottom of each document. Click on the button to remove all of the contents typed in the form fields.

What does the User Agreement mean to me?

Before using the forms bank, you must agree to the User Agreement, or you will be shown the agreement whenever you try to access the forms. The most recent version of the User Agreement is available online and also is included with your individual form purchases. If revisions are made to the User Agreement, you will once again be asked to agree.

A summary of the terms is as follows:

  • The forms are the copyrighted property of the State Bar of Wisconsin.
  • The forms are intended for use in the representation of third-party clients.
  • The forms are not to be distributed, either modified or unmodified, to any third parties for purposes of resale or redistribution.
  • The State Bar of Wisconsin does not offer any warranty with respect to the use of the forms bank, and the Bar will not be liable for any damages incurred in the connection with use of the forms bank.
  • Each individual user of the forms bank must have a user license. No license sharing is authorized. Subscribers may purchase multi-user packages if multiple users are anticipated. Downloading a library of forms for the purpose of sharing them with other users without the necessary licenses is in violation of the agreement.
  • The license authorized the user to use the forms during the subscription period only. Continuing to use the forms beyond the expiration of the subscription is a violation of the agreement.
  • Individual form purchases (not subscriptions) include a one-time-use license. It is a violation of the User Agreement if a user purchases a single individual form and uses for multiple clients.
  • There is a NO REFUND policy on forms purchases.
What format should I use?

Forms are offered in two formats: Word or Adobe PDF (sample language documents are offered only in Word). When purchasing forms as either a part of a subscription to a library, or as one-time use forms, all available formats are available for use.

Word formats can be modified by changing or deleting text, moving text around, etc. Adobe PDF formats can only be modified by adding text into blanks for client and case information.

If you need to modify the language in a form - such as when drafting a will - you will most likely want to use the Word form, depending on which software you currently have. We do not support changes to the formatting of the Word forms.

If the form is a standard form where you will not be modifying any language but simply will be filling in the blanks, a PDF version is preferable, but the Word form also can be used for this purpose.

The PDF forms have been created to allow you to complete and print the form or save it to your computer using using the free version of Acrobat Reader.

What is the Online Forms Bank?

The Online Forms Bank incorporates hundreds of forms, sample language documents, and checklists generated from PINNACLE Books, organized into practice area libraries and available in up to two different file formats. Libraries vary in size. Some contain well over a hundred forms. Forms available in PDF are “fillable” by tabbing and filling in form fields. Forms available in MS Word are templates that are fully editable and customizable.

What version of Adobe Acrobat is used with the Online Forms Bank?

Forms are compatible with Adobe Acrobat 7.0 and above. For best results, upgrade your software to the latest version. If you do not have Adobe Acrobat, you can use the free Adobe Reader to fill out and print forms.

What version of Word is used with the Online Forms Bank?

Forms are created with Word 2013 and are backward compatible with Microsoft Word versions through Word 2000. As new versions of Word are introduced, the State Bar reserves the right to remove support for older versions.

When does my forms library subscription end?

Your forms library subscription will end one year after date of purchase. The State Bar will notify you when your expiration date nears and extend the option to renew at a discount off the current price.

Why can't I check any of the boxes in the checklists?

All Word forms are created unprotected, so that any part of the form, such as document text, may be modified. Unprotecting documents also means that check boxes cannot be checked electronically.

If you would like the ability to electronically fill out a checklist, you can do so by protecting the document. To do this, you'll need access to the Forms toolbar. If you do not already have this available, you can view this toolbar by selecting Review > Restrict Editing. Under "Editing restrictions," check the box to select "Filling in forms." Under "Start enforcement," click on "Yes, Start Enforcing Protection" and enter a password.

Alternatively, if you would always like a check box to be checked, you can do so by double-clicking on the check box. You may then change the default status for this box - either checked or unchecked.

Where do I download the forms that are available with certain Books UnBound titles?

You continue to have access to your downloadable forms on the Books UnBound tab of your MyMedia page on wisbar.org by clicking on Book Forms. Additionally, there is a link in each book in the Books UnBound ereader for you to get access to the forms while reading the book. For books that contain downloadable forms, you will find in the lefthand Table of Contents “Access to Downloadable Forms” which is located after the “How to Cite This Book” page. At that place in the book will be your link for the downloadable book forms.

Why should I subscribe to Books UnBound?

Will annual renewals be automatic?

Renewals are not currently automatic.* You will be invoiced for the renewal of your Books UnBound subscription for 10% off the regular subscription price approximately 60 days before your subscription expiration date. If we don’t hear from you, we’ll send another renewal invoice before the subscription expiration date. If you do not respond to either renewal notice, your access to Books UnBound will end on the 366th day after your initial purchase.

Once your subscription is terminated, you will no longer be eligible for the discounted renewal price and will need to purchase a new Books UnBound subscription at the full, regular price in order to regain access.

What is a CLE Passbook?

You can receive substantial savings by purchasing passbooks at a special low price. Certificates are good for two years from the date of purchase and are transferable between State Bar members even though users may not be in the same office. This makes passbooks an excellent purchase for firms, departments and offices, as well as individual attorneys.

What is an Ultimate Pass?

The Ultimate Pass is a one-year subscription that gives you unlimited access to attend any live in-person, live webcast, webcast replay, telephone, or CLE OnDemand seminar produced by State Bar of Wisconsin PINNACLE Seminars. These seminars include annual updates, national speakers, Build Your Practice, and specialty skills seminars.

What is your refund policy?

Our refund and cancellation policy differs slightly for the following types of programming:

Standard CLE Seminars

Your satisfaction is always guaranteed. If you're ever dissatisfied for any reason, just let us know. The State Bar will issue you a full refund or credit for your tuition, except as follows:

  • For Webcast and telephone seminars, you must actually log into the seminar during the program to be eligible for the satisfaction guarantee. We’re sorry, but a refund will not be granted if you miss the start of a Webcast or telephone seminar.
  • We're sorry, but a refund will not be granted after starting to view an on-demand seminar.

Multi-Day Conferences

Multi-day conferences and institutes are seminars longer than one day that are solely produced by the State Bar of Wisconsin Seminars division. Limited-attendance workshops are workshops solely produced by the State Bar of Wisconsin Seminars division that feature practice exercises coached by faculty and have a limited number of registrants.

Cancellation Policy:

If you cancel your registration by the cancellation date listed on the event brochure and other promotions, we will refund your full registration fee and, if applicable, the fee for all separately ticketed events. We’re sorry, no refunds will be granted after that date. However, you may transfer the full value of the registration fee you paid to another person’s registration for that event.

Limited-Attendance Workshops

Limited-Attendance Workshops are State Bar CLE workshops that feature practice exercises coached by faculty and have a limited number of registrants. These workshops are solely produced by State Bar of Wisconsin PINNACLE Seminars.

Cancellation Policy:

Registration cancellations received by 4:30 p.m. CT 51 days prior to the event will receive a full registration fee refund. If you cancel your registration after that date but by 4:30 p.m. CT 30 days prior to the event, you will receive a registration fee refund in the amount of the fee minus a $150 administrative fee. We’re sorry, no refunds will be granted after 4:30 p.m. CT 30 days prior to the event. However, you may transfer the full value of the registration fee you paid to another person’s registration for this event.

Click here for more information on the Refund and Returns policies for other products.

What methods of payment do you accept?

When are Webcast Archives available?

A webcast archive is an archived copy of a State Bar program that was recorded in webcast format. Any attendee of a program that had a webcast component will have access to the archived version for 30 days from the date of the event they attended. It does not matter what format you attend (live seminar, live webcast, video seminar, or webcast replay). If the program had a webcast, then you will be granted access to the archive. Webcast archives are for educational purposes only and are not available for credit. Webcast archives will typically be made available three to seven business days after the live event.

To access the webcast archive, go to myMedia and click the Prior Seminar Archives button. To play the archive seminar click the title or the play button.

When I add an event to my Outlook Live calendar, it displays at the wrong time.

Make sure that your time zone settings are correct in Outlook. To do this, click the gear icon on the top menu as shown below:

Outlook Live: Settings - Current Time Zone

When will I receive CLE credit for my seminar?

State Bar of Wisconsin PINNACLE sponsored CLE is automatically added to your CLE Tracker. CLE first displays as Pending CLE Credits until attendances have been reconciled, usually within 30 days of the event. CLE will then move to Approved CLE Credits when it is validated.

State Bar sponsored CLE OnDemand is typically added to your history 24 hours after viewing. If you have attended an OnDemand seminar, but your CLE does not display within three business days, please contact Customer Service.

Pending status on the CLE Tracker does not prohibit you from reporting the credits to the Board of Bar Examiners (BBE). The BBE is the final arbiter of accreditation.

Webcast archives are for education only and not available for credit.

To learn more about CLE Tracker, please review the FAQs.

These entities may choose to require Ultimate Pass holders to pay an additional fee to register for their programs. Multi-day conferences, institutes, or workshops may require additional tuition charges.

How long does an Ultimate Pass subscription run?

Your subscription to the Ultimate Pass runs for 365 days from the date of purchase, and you can start anytime.

Is the Ultimate Pass transferable?

No, the subscription for an Ultimate Pass is for individuals only. It is non-transferable. CLE Passbooks are available if you are interested in a transferable option.

We would prefer that you register in advance. However, space allowing, we will welcome Ultimate Pass Gold and Silver subscribers to come to whatever portion of a live in-person seminar they choose, registered or not. Staff will simply ask for photo ID and then verify Ultimate Pass Gold or Silver status as soon as possible. Can I access a webcast / on-demand video from another computer?

You'll be able to access the webcast / on-demand from any computer that meets the requirements.

The convenience of on-demand education is that you can view your on-demand education video any time of day from any computer that meets the system requirements and has Internet access.

Can I rewind or fast forward the video I am watching?

Due to webcasts and replays being live, you will not be able to rewind or fast forward the video.

If you are watching an on-demand video, use the slider control in the main video player to move forward or back. Depending upon your connection speed, there may be a slight pause before the video begins playing again.

How do I access the webcast / on-demand item I purchased?

Once you have purchased a webcast or on-demand item, you will be able to access the video by going to myMedia. Then click on the event listed in either My Webcasts or My OnDemand.

NOTE: OnDemand items may take up to 10 minutes to become available after purchase.

Once you click on a title of a video, your webcast or on-demand education video will launch in a new window and begin playback. The window will show both a video window and will include any PowerPoint slides. These will display differently on a mobile device . Course materials are also available for download from within the webcast. A Q&A option is also available via Chat for live webcasts and a Question window for replay, archive and on-demand.

In webcasts, how do I access the course materials for a video?

Course materials will be available from the Links panel, located in the upper right of the main video window or in the drop down menu on mobile devices. Materials will also be located at myMedia. You may also save the materials to your computer for later access or print the materials if you have an available printer on your system.

Adobe Reader must be installed on your computer to access course materials.

What computer requirements are necessary to meet to view a webcast / on-demand education video?

You must have an Internet connection available. We recommend a DSL or faster connection for the best viewing experience. Dialup and Satellite connections may work but are not recommended.

Select videos may include materials from the event. To access these materials you will need to have a current version of Adobe Reader installed on your computer.

The following hardware and software is recommended to receive webcast / on-demand video:

By following the above guidelines, we are confident you will be able to view videos on your computer. If you purchase a video and find that it does not function properly, please call Customer Service for additional support options or to request a one-time refund.

What if my computer does not meet the requirements?

We recommend that the computer you access your videos from meets the requirements. This does not mean that you cannot access a video, but you will likely experience slowdowns and poor quality video and sound. We cannot support any problems that may result from issues when the requirements are not met.

Sometimes ensuring you have the latest version of the software tools will do this. The following are core software components that we highly recommend be current:

Adobe Reader can be downloaded directly from Adobe.

If you do not have access to a computer that meets the requirements of webcast / on-demand videos, then the products may not be right for you.

How do I change my screen resolution?

To change the screen resolution of your computer, right click in an empty portion of the Desktop and select Properties. Depending upon your monitor, you may be able to increase and decrease the screen resolution on the Settings tab.

How do I make my video larger?

To full size the video, you can click on the full screen video option on the video toolbar. Click this again to go back to the standard view. This full screen option is available with the mobile view.

You may also change the sizes of the video and slides windows within the player options by clicking one of the two options buttons below. Click the same button again to go back to the standard view. These options are not available in mobile view.

I can't hear any sound.

First, check the volume control on your PC and make sure it is not set to mute. If you have headphones or external speakers, make sure they are plugged in.

I can't view the Live or Replay webcast at the designated time. Can I view it later?

No. These are LIVE webcasts. They can be viewed only at the time indicated. Live webcasts may be available at a later time as webcast replays and can be purchased and viewed at those designated times.

On-demand education is another product type that you can view any time of day from any computer that meets the system requirements and has Internet access.

My computer won't allow me to install Adobe Reader. What do I do?

Your firm might have restrictions in place so that users can't install programs on their computers. You should contact your IT department for further assistance in this case.

My screen has a menu area showing and I’d like to hide this to increase my video/slide sizing.

Have a menu showing, click the < button in the upper right corner of your viewer to show or > button to hide. You may also use the player button option below. These options are not available in mobile view. For mobile, to get your menu options, click on the menu icon.

My webcast / on-demand video doesn't seem to load, or all I see is a black box.

Depending on the speed of your Internet connection and your geographic location, the load time can vary. A faster Internet connection (high speed internet/DSL) will result in greater throughput, allowing you to watch the streams without any lag or buffering delays. However, slow connections will receive buffering delays, including lagging video and stuttering. On a broadband connection, the average wait time before the video starts can be 10-30 seconds. If the video does not start after a full two minutes, it is likely that the video may be temporarily offline or broken, in which case please contact Technical Support.

The video was working but now has gone black.

This can occur when the video window has been moved around the screen or when opening documents over the video window. Click on the Video Window and press F5 to refresh it. The page will reload and the video should now work again.

The webcast pauses frequently while I view it. What do I do?

This is most commonly due to a lack of sufficient bandwidth on the customer's end. In these cases, the bandwidth available at the customer's end is just being over-utilized and there is not much you can do to eliminate the pauses. If possible, move to another high-speed Internet connection point and reconnect to the webcast. You may also need to contact your IT department for further assistance.

What if I have a question not covered here?

For questions not covered here, please contact us.

When I click "Watch Now," I get a screen saying my program has not started, even though it has.

This may occur if you've previously clicked "Watch Now" before a program started. Your browser has stored, or cached, the information from that previous visit.

To re-load all the page's information, perform a "hard refresh" on the page (Ctrl+F5 for PC; Shift+Command+R for Mac).

When I launch a webcast I get a message saying, "The video you are trying to watch is currently unavailable."

This means the video stream from the live program has not started yet. It is related to the broadcast crew getting the web stream "streaming." There are two different solutions:

  1. Close the browser window and try again in a few minutes until the stream is working.
  2. Leave the browser window active and every few minutes press the F5 or Ctrl+F5 key(s) to refresh the browser window. When the stream is live, the message will disappear.
Why do I hear an echo?

Make sure you don't have multiple windows open playing the same webcast; this can create an echoing sound.
