The 2021 Edition is current through the 2019–20 Wisconsin Statutes, as affected by Wisconsin Acts through 2021 Wis. Act 7. The administrative code provisions are current through February 2021,  Wisconsin Administrative Register No. 782.  
This codebook edition includes recent legislation which created requirements relating to COVID-19, including, but not limited to:

  • a civil liability exemption relating to exposures
  • a suspension of certain deadlines and training requirements during the public health emergency
  • a first responder presumption

It also includes recent legislation that:

  • provides for granting certificates of qualification for employment for persons convicted of a crime
  • creates a civil liability exemption for an employer that hires an employee who has been issued such a certificate
