  • Ratifies the Counseling Compact and the PA (physician assistant) Licensure Compact
  • Allows dispensing of certain medications to older adults who participate in the prescription drug assistance program in amounts of up to 100-day supplies 
  • Authorizes grants for suicide prevention programming
