The 2024 edition is current through the 2021–22 Wisconsin Statutes, as affected by Wisconsin Acts through 2023 Wis. Act 86. The administrative code provisions are current through the Wisconsin Administrative Register, Feb. 26, 2024, No. 818B (eff. Mar. 1, 2024). The 2024 edition incorporates recent legislation and administrative developments, which:

• Amended Wisconsin’s child support guideilnes, as part of a federally mandated quadrennial review, effective January 1, 2024
• Updated the federal poverty guidelines for 2024
