The 2019 edition is current through the 2017–18 Wisconsin Statutes, updated by 2017 Wis. Acts 368 to 370. The administrative code provisions are current through Wis. Admin. Reg., Feb. 11, 2019, No. 758A2. This edition incorporates recent legislation that, among other changes,
- Revised provisions in the Wisconsin Family Code concerning relocation of a child’s residence;
- Modified various statutes to accommodate the use of an online system of vital records; and
- Added newly created statutes concerning chronic neglect and domestic violence protection orders.
In addition, it includes the updated federal poverty guidelines for 2019. It also reprints the text of revised administrative rules that took effect on July 1, 2018, along with text from a subsequent emergency rule and a proposed clearinghouse rule, concerning the determination of child support in certain shared-placement cases.
