Basic info

By Theresa Carey on 3/25/2024

Format: Book (Print)

I was hoping this book would contain solid advice on how to prepare and deal with dangerous individuals, particularly in family law cases. There is nothing in this book that goes beyond basic common sense. I have had attorney friends shot in family law cases - basic security did not protect them. I have a deranged and dangerous opposing party in a custody case, and was looking for more depth. Unfortunately there is nothing beyond the basics here.

Quality & Sound Ethical Advice for Attorneys

By James Schoenecker on 4/30/2024

Format: Book (Print)

The issues in the book concerning cybersecurity and staying safe in the courthouse (and outside) gave me new insights on how to handle myself in particular ethical situations.
