Natalie Gerloff is an attorney at Hawks Quindel, S.C. in Madison, WI, where she practices employment, wage and hour, social security disability, and family law. Attorney Gerloff earned her bachelor’s degree in Political Science from the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater, and her law degree from the University of Wisconsin Law School. In her second year of law school, Attorney Gerloff joined Hawks Quindel as a law clerk, where she then devoted her second and third years of law school to working on numerous worker’s compensation, employment, and wage and hour disputes. Attorney Gerloff is a member of the Worker Justice Wisconsin Board of Directors, Wisconsin Associate of Justice, Legal Association for Women, National Employment Lawyers Association, Wisconsin Employment Lawyers Association, and National Organization of Social Security Claimants’ Representatives, where she is also a member of the Next Gen Committee. She also volunteers her time as a supervising attorney at the Wisconsin Law School Unemployment Compensation Appeals Clinic and at the Family Law Assistance Center. 

Donnie Malchow is an Associate Attorney at Hawks Quindel, S.C. in Madison, WI, where he practices Social Security disability and worker's compensation. Attorney Malchow grew up in Ripon, Wisconsin, where he received his Bachelor of Arts degree from Ripon College before going on to graduate from the University of Wisconsin Law School. Attorney Malchow worked as a Social Security disability and worker's compensation attorney in Wisconsin’s Fox Cities before joining the Hawks Quindel Madison office, and he takes pride in helping injured persons navigate daunting administrative and legal bureaucracies. Attorney Malchow is a member of the Wisconsin Association for Justice and the Wisconsin Association of Workers Compensation Attorneys. He has volunteered his time advocating for marginalized veterans and those wrongfully denied unemployment benefits.
