New horizons

Consumers today rely on internet research and have a DIY attitude when it comes to legal services. And those potential clients who aren’t currently using legal services to solve legal problems comprise what’s known as the “latent legal market.” The latent legal market presents significant opportunities for lawyers ready to innovate in a more client-centered direction. And tapping into this market can also help bridge the access-to-justice gap.

At Intentionally Design a Practice to Serve the Latent Legal Market Featuring Anne-Marie Rábago, you’ll learn strategies for designing a modern law firm with intention and defining success by your terms. Anne-Marie Rábago, founder of Modern Juris, will explain:

  • Seven strategies for success in building a firm that serves the latent legal market
  • The characteristics of the latent legal market
  • How to serve a discrete client base with more focused offerings
  • Ways to identify and attract your ideal clients
  • How to improve outcomes with documented systems, processes, and checklists
  • How to select technology tools that improve your legal service delivery
  • Ways to foster social connections with like-minded professionals
