Then, learn how you can create more time in your practice by improving client intake and case management workflows. Effective client intake and case management are essential to managing your caseload. Identify problem areas and learn actionable steps to improve your process and workflows. Having the right systems and technology in place will increase efficiency and productivity, ultimately giving you the ability to take on more clients and the time to focus on providing higher level legal services.
