Cancellation

  • All requests for registration cancellations received by June 11th, 2024 will be refunded in full. Any cancellation received after June 11th, 2024 will be refunded less a $100 cancellation fee. Any cancellation made after July 5th, will not be refunded.

  • Hotel Cancellation: Any cancellations within 72 hours will be charged the entire stay.
