Patrick Elliott is Senior Litigation Counsel for the Freedom from Religion Foundation (FFRF) in Madison. He joined FFRF as a staff attorney in 2010, and today, he’s responsible for overseeing First Amendment cases involving religion in schools, religious displays, and free speech violations. Patrick is admitted to practice in Wisconsin, Minnesota, the U.S. Supreme Court, and many federal district and circuit courts around the country.
Patrick is a past Chair of the Civil Rights & Liberties Section of the State Bar of Wisconsin, as well as a two-time graduate of the University of Wisconsin-Madison. He received an undergraduate degree in legal studies and political science in 2005 and a Juris Doctorate in 2009.
Stacie H. Rosenzweig is a shareholder at Halling & Cayo, S.C., in Milwaukee. Her practice emphasizes representation of regulated professionals, including lawyers and health care professionals, facing possible disciplinary action by licensing authorities, as well as ethics and compliance counseling. She is also well versed in Wisconsin and federal election and political law; employment law and litigation before administrative bodies and in court; insurance defense and coverage matters; legal malpractice defense; general civil litigation; and appellate practice.
Stacie graduated second in her class from Marquette University Law School. She received an English degree with middle and high school teacher certification from Beloit College.
