It is almost impossible to be completely prepared for sudden and unforeseen events like national emergencies, natural disasters and sudden employee departures. In tumultuous times, firms with well-conceived and well-documented processes are much better prepared to ride out the storm. Give yourself and your staff peace of mind by implementing systems so you don’t find yourself asking, “what do we do now?”
