Jeffrey O. Davis is a partner in Quarles & Brady’s Milwaukee office. He is a member of the firm’s litigation group and chairs the firm's Insurance Recovery practice, in which capacity he leads a team that maintains a substantive focus on all aspects of insurance litigation and counseling on behalf of policyholders, including commercial general liability, directors and officers and other claims-made coverages, first-party property, and bad faith. He is currently listed as a Wisconsin Super Lawyer in the area of business litigation and in Best Lawyers in America in the area of insurance law, and he regularly speaks and writes on a variety of different coverage matters. He also currently teaches Insurance Law as an adjunct professor at the Marquette University Law School.

Patrick S. Nolan is a partner with the Milwaukee office of Quarles & Brady LLP, focusing on product liability, personal injury, and insurance coverage litigation. He attended the London School of Economics and Political Science (1991–92), received his B.S. from Boston College in 1993, and received his J.D. in 1997 from Marquette University Law School, where he served as managing editor of the Marquette Law Review. Mr. Nolan is a member of the State Bar of Wisconsin, the Defense Research Institute, Wisconsin Defense Counsel, and the Tort Trial and Insurance Practice Section of the American Bar Association.

Joseph P. Poehlmann is an associate in Quarles & Brady's Litigation & Dispute Resolution Practice Group in the Milwaukee office. He received his undergraduate degree magna cum laude from the University of Missouri, and his law degree magna cum laude from Marquette University Law School. Before starting at the firm, he served as judicial intern in U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Wisconsin. His practice focuses on complex commercial disputes, insurance coverage litigation, professional liability defense, and shareholder disputes. Joe is also involved in multiple pro bono commitments and helps direct the firm's domestic abuse prevention and restraining order program.
