Bradden C. Backer is a shareholder at Albrecht Backer Labor & Employment Law, S.C. He has focused his legal practice on employment and labor law since 1982.

He partners with employers, officers, human resources departments, and in-house and outside legal counsel, offering legal and business advice on legal compliance and avoiding defense of employment claims. In addition, he represents employees in employment and separation agreements.
