Tristan R. Pettit, Marquette 1995, is a shareholder and executive vice president of the law firm Petrie + Pettit S.C., Milwaukee. His practice focuses on landlord-tenant law, specifically commercial and residential evictions as well as the accompanying damage claims.

Pettit consults with landlords and management companies on management best practices for commercial and residential rental properties. He is also a past president and current board member of the Apartment Association of Southeastern Wisconsin.
