The 2022 edition is current through the 2019–20 Wisconsin Statutes, as affected by Wisconsin Acts through 2021 Wis. Act 267.
The 2022 Edition includes recent legislation which:
· Included naturopathic doctors as health-care providers to whom the health-care provider-patient privilege applies under the Wisconsin Rules of Evidence
· Added an express provision that the rules of evidence do not apply to hearings for the freezing of assets of a person charged with financial exploitation of an elder person
· Amended the definition of “psychologist,” in the rule of evidence applicable to the psychologist-patient privilege, as part of Wisconsin’s ratification of the Psychology Interjurisdictional Compact
