Dayna J. Lefebvre is a shareholder at Becker, Hickey & Poster, S.C. in Milwaukee and practices in the areas of elder law, special needs planning, guardianships, and probate and trust administration. Dayna speaks and writes extensively on the topics of elder law and special needs planning. She was also an adjunct professor at Marquette University Law School, where she taught courses on estate planning and gift and estate tax.
Dayna serves on the Board of Directors for the Wisconsin Chapter of the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys and co-chairs several committees and workgroups for the Chapter. She also serves on the State Bar of Wisconsin’s Insurance and Member Benefits Committee and served as Co-Chair of the Elder Law Section of the Milwaukee Bar Association from 2015 to 2019.
