Jill Mueller is an attorney with the Wisconsin Department of Children and Families (DCF) in Madison, where she advises the Bureau of Child Support and the Bureau of Working Families. Prior to joining DCF, Jill was an assistant corporation counsel in Rock County, working almost exclusively on child support matters with the local child support agency. She also previously worked in private practice in Milwaukee County, where she focused on paternity, divorce, and post-judgment cases.

She received her B.A. in English and Spanish from the University of Wisconsin–Madison and her J.D. from Marquette University Law School.
