Samantha C. Huddleston practices in the areas of small business, real estate, employment, administrative compliance, and trademark law. A Wisconsin native, through and through, she obtained her B.A. from the University of Wisconsin-Madison and J.D. from Marquette University Law School. Volunteering is close to her heart, and Samantha serves as a volunteer attorney for Marquette’s Volunteer Legal Clinics, helping underrepresented individuals navigate the complexities of litigation. She is a member of the State Bar of Wisconsin’s Business Law and Real Property, Probate & Trust Law Sections.
O. Emil Ovbiagele is the founder of OVB Law & Consulting, S.C. He works with closely-held businesses, entrepreneurs, and individuals. Emil practices in the areas of corporate law, small business and real estate acquisitions, employment counseling/litigation, and commercial litigation. Emil obtained his B.A., MBA, and J.D. from Marquette University. He currently serves on the Boards of the State Bar of Wisconsin’s Young Lawyers Division, the Milwaukee Young Lawyers Association, and Wisconsin Voices. Emil also serves as an Adjunct Associate Professor at Marquette University Law School. Beyond the practice of law, and beyond accomplishments, as an individual, Emil is a curious being with an innate desire to push the boundaries of excellence — personally and professionally.
