Dayna J. Lefebvre is a shareholder at Becker, Hickey & Poster, S.C., Milwaukee, and practices in the areas of elder law, special needs planning, estate planning, guardianships, and probate and trust administration. Dayna speaks and writes extensively on the topics of elder law and special needs planning. She was also an adjunct professor at Marquette University Law School, where she taught Estate Planning and Gift & Estate Tax courses.
Dayna serves on the Board of Directors for the Wisconsin Chapter of the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys and co-chairs several committees and workgroups for the Chapter. She also serves on the Insurance and Member Benefits Committee for the State Bar of Wisconsin and served as Co-Chair of the Elder Law Section of the Milwaukee Bar Association from 2015 to 2019.
