Observe as more than a dozen ethics scenarios are re-enacted before you; then assess how the attorney should have acted in the scenario. Scenarios depicted will include:
Communication Issues

- Assessing and responding to a threat of violence between parties
- Receipt of evidence that has been obtained illegally
