This case is about who was driving at the time of the accident. Two friends out for an evening of revelry end up in a one-vehicle accident on the way to a gentlemen’s club. The plaintiff was ejected from the truck and sustained serious injuries. The level of inebriation resulted in varying accounts of the evening and the accident itself, including who was driving the defendant’s vehicle. There will be testimony from the parties and their reconstruction experts. The jury will deliberate on liability.
