Leah Rosenow currently serves as Senior Paralegal and Legal Operations Manager for the Legal and Compliance Department of Goodwill Industries of Southeastern Wisconsin, Inc., where she supports the legal team with a focus on legal operations and compliance. In this capacity, Leah supports implementation of the organization's strategic goals, performs the business functions of the legal department, assists in employee investigations, participates in law and legislative research, and partners with both internal and external clients. Her dedicated support for her team contributes to Goodwill's mission of connecting people to work and preparing people for life.
Before her role at Goodwill, Leah gained valuable experience in private practice, specializing in personal injury, probate, and class actions. She worked closely with attorneys and clients to prepare cases, conduct investigations, and assist parties throughout the litigation process. Leah’s background in private practice equipped her with a strong foundation in both legal operations and client advocacy, which she continues to apply in her current role. While some may have opted for the express lane to legal work, Leah took a more scenic route, enjoying a career in archaeology and museum studies before pursuing paralegal studies and launching her legal career. In 2018, she became a State Bar of Wisconsin Certified Paralegal™.
