Product ID: CA3864R7
Presented By: State Bar of Wisconsin PINNACLE

More than just interviews

In workplace misconduct and litigation-related investigations, paralegals play a critical role in conducting employee investigations. But practical investigative work involves more than just asking the right questions. Investigations also require more than good instincts; they demand consistent attention to detail and precision at every stage.

An investigation education

From Allegation to Resolution: The Employee Investigation Process Playbook for Paralegals offers a practical, repeatable framework that emphasizes structure, communication, and substantive legal knowledge. You’ll explore how project and change management principles can improve investigative outcomes, ensure transparency, and reduce organizational risk. Plus, you’ll gain insights into key employment law concepts that impact your work, from Upjohn warnings to Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC) guidelines.
