John C. Goudie, SBWCP, AACP has been employed as a paralegal for more than 37 years in a variety of legal practice areas. He has worked for several years in Medicare/Medicaid Health Care fraud and abuse litigation, from both the defense side for a private law firm, and from the prosecution side for the Department of Justice, United States Attorney’s Office. Although both sides manage case files in much the same way, each works using a distinctly different approach and thought process.
