Product ID: CA3905W
Presented By: State Bar of Wisconsin PINNACLE

Endorsed by the Elder Law and Special Needs Section of the State Bar of Wisconsin

Talking through the tough stuff

Some of the hardest conversations you’ll ever have as a lawyer aren’t about law—they’re about life. People of all ages turn to their attorneys for guidance on advance care and end-of-life planning. These discussions can be as emotional as they are essential, forcing clients to make difficult decisions and manage complex family dynamics. Clients may struggle to express their wishes, and attorneys must balance empathy with precision as they guide those conversations. How you approach these moments can profoundly affect the quality of your work and your client’s peace of mind.

At Navigating End-of-Life Conversations Legally and Compassionately, you’ll discover thoughtful techniques for helping clients feel supported as they make some of life’s most challenging personal choices.
