Robert S. Driscoll is a shareholder in Reinhart Boerner Van Deuren, S.C.’s Labor and Employment Practice. Rob counsels employers to help them avoid disputes with an emphasis on discrimination (including disability discrimination), wage and hour issues, and employment contracts of all kinds. Rob's practice also includes all areas of traditional labor law, such as collective bargaining, labor arbitrations, proceedings before the National Labor Relations Board, and advising employers of their rights under the National Labor Relations Act. Before joining the firm, Rob was a law clerk for the Hon. Diane S. Sykes, U.S. Court of Appeals for the Seventh Circuit in Milwaukee, and is a graduate of the University of Notre Dame Law School.
Rob is Vice President of the Eastern District of Wisconsin Bar Association and proudly serves as an Advisor to GPS Education Partners after completing a six-year term on its Board of Directors. GPS Ed works to validate technical career paths and provide students and their communities with pathways to prosperity. In his free time, Rob enjoys reading history, spending time with his family, and watching his children’s sports teams.
Caleb R. Gerbitz is an appellate and commercial litigation attorney at Meissner Tierney Fisher & Nichols S.C., assisting clients in complex commercial, insurance, and employment matters. In addition to his legal practice, Caleb authors a Substack column, Appellate Approach, which features regular updates on cases in Wisconsin’s appellate courts and the Seventh Circuit.
Caleb is the Milwaukee Bar Association’s civil litigation section co-chair and the Wisconsin state chair of the American Bar Association’s Council of Appellate Lawyers. Caleb graduated from the University of Wisconsin-Madison with a degree in Economics, and he graduated summa cum laude from Mitchell Hamline School of Law.
