Ellen R. Atterbury is an attorney with the City of LaCrosse. She earned her JD and undergraduate degrees from the University of Wisconsin, Madison. She serves on the Board of Directors of the State Bar of Wisconsin’s Young Lawyers Division, and she also serves as the secretary of the LaCrosse County Bar Association and secretary of the Board of Directors for the YWCA in LaCrosse. Prior to practicing with the City of LaCrosse, Ellen’s practice focused on criminal defense, divorce and family law, and civil litigation.

Stacie H. Rosenzweig is a shareholder at Halling & Cayo, S.C., in Milwaukee. Her practice emphasizes representation of regulated professionals, including lawyers and health care professionals, facing possible disciplinary action by licensing authorities, as well as ethics and compliance counseling. Stacie graduated second in her class from Marquette University Law School and received an English degree with middle and high school teacher certification from Beloit College.
