Kristen S. Scheuerman is a Partner with Weiss Law Office, S.C. She works in the Firm’s Appleton and Milwaukee offices, with a practice dedicated to personal injury litigation. Kristen is also frequently asked to act as a GAL in minor settlement matters, and she enjoys serving as a mediator in all types of personal injury cases. Kristen sincerely enjoys keeping up to date with Medicare compliance issues and working with colleagues throughout the State to thoughtfully consider how to best address the ins and outs of the Medicare Secondary Payer Act.

Andrea Springer is a paralegal who has worked alongside Attorney Kristen S. Scheuerman at Weiss Law Office, S.C., since 2013. Prior to beginning her career as a paralegal, Andrea obtained a B.S. from the University of Wisconsin-Stevens Point and a Master of Science in Criminal Justice from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee. After working as a corrections officer at the Outagamie County Jail for six years, Andrea decided to explore a career as a paralegal and earned her paralegal certificate from Northeast Wisconsin Technical College. Shortly after completing her legal education, Attorney Scheuerman hired Andrea, and the two have worked together ever since. Andrea takes the lead on managing their practice's Medicare compliance. To this end, she and Attorney Scheuerman have collaborated on several occasions to provide education on the Medicare Secondary Payer Act, training other lawyers to use the Portal effectively.
