Felicia Owen is a Chicago-based civil litigator with extensive experience in family law and complex civil litigation. Her practice includes representing religious institutes and religiously sponsored ministries, where she combines legal expertise with a deep understanding of her clients’ unique needs. While now based in Chicago, Felicia began her career in Wisconsin, where she built a strong reputation for excellence in family law, mediation, and guardian ad litem work.
A Marquette University Law School graduate, Felicia’s legal expertise spans diverse practice areas, including high-stakes divorce cases, custody disputes, and children’s court matters. Felicia’s leadership within the legal profession includes serving as a Governor for the Wisconsin State Bar Board of Governors, Treasurer for the Wisconsin Hispanic Lawyers Association, and President of the Marquette Hispanic-Latino Law Student Association. During law school, she interned with the Wisconsin Governor’s Office and the Milwaukee Corporation Counsel.
