Product ID: CA3882R4
Presented By: State Bar of Wisconsin PINNACLE

Leave law lessons

In moments of personal and professional disruption, employers and employees alike turn to the Family and Medical Leave Act (FMLA) for clarity. But the rules differ depending on whether federal or Wisconsin law applies, and a wrong turn can undermine your client’s position. Understanding which law governs, what relief is available, and how to pursue it is crucial for lawyers guiding clients on either side of the table.

At The Family and Medical Leave Act, you’ll gain a solid foundation in both federal and state statutes, along with practical insights into how the two systems overlap and diverge.
