Barry J. Boline is a member of Burbach & Stansbury, S.C. in Milwaukee. He facilitates mediations and arbitrations and practices family law at the trial and appellate court levels. From 2012 to 2026, he served as the Circuit Court Commissioner for Ozaukee County, where his responsibilities included presiding over thousands of pre- and post-judgment family matters, as well as probate and guardianships. 

Attorney Boline has served as president of both the Wisconsin Family Court Commissioners Association and the Judicial Court Commissioners Association of Wisconsin, as chairperson of the Preliminary Review Committee for the Office of Lawyer Regulation, and as a member of the Judicial Conduct Advisory Committee for the Supreme Court of Wisconsin. He is a board member of the Family Law Section of the State Bar of Wisconsin and serves as co-chair of its legislative committee. He is a frequent lecturer and author on family law issues.
