Elizabeth T. Russell is admitted to practice law in New York, Connecticut, and Wisconsin. Attorney Russell helps businesses protect their most important assets by providing thoughtful, thorough counsel in the fields of copyright, trademark, and digital business law. She also maintains a vibrant arts law practice and is the author of Arts Law Conversations: A Surprisingly Readable Guide for Arts Entrepreneurs and a companion volume, Copyright Conversations: What Estate Planners Need to Know. Both texts have won national awards and are being used in many college classrooms.

Atty. Russell earned her law degree from New York’s Pace University School of Law, where she served as a member of the Pace Law Review. She is a current member of the New York State Bar Association’s Entertainment, Arts, and Sports Law Section, and a past chair of the State Bar of Wisconsin’s Sports and Entertainment Law Section.
