Nola J. Hitchcock Cross is the managing attorney of Cross Law Firm, S.C., with offices in Milwaukee, Waukesha, and Appleton. She maintains a nationwide practice in whistleblower cases, including under the False Claims Act involving Medicare fraud and other fraud against the government.
Attorney Hitchcock Cross earned her undergraduate degree from Washington State University’s Edward R. Murrow School of Journalism and graduated cum laude from the University of Wisconsin Law School. She has twice served as president of the Labor & Employment Law Section of the State Bar of Wisconsin.
