Tiffany L. Highstrom is a shareholder at Stafford Rosenbaum LLP, where she represents clients across Wisconsin in family law and guardianship matters. A trained mediator and arbitrator, she frequently assists attorneys and litigants in resolving disputes outside the courtroom.

Attorney Highstrom earned her undergraduate degree cum laude in political science and English from Ball State University and her J.D. from Marquette University Law school. She was a past chair of the State Bar of Wisconsin’s Family Law Section and was elected to the Section Leaders Council as liaison to the Legislative Oversight Committee, where she continues to serve. In 2018, Attorney Highstrom was appointed to the Joint Legislative Council Study Committee on Child Placement and Support and was honored as a recipient of the Wisconsin Lawyer Women in the Law award.

 A frequent speaker on family law issues for the State Bar of Wisconsin, Attorney Highstrom is also a member of the Editorial Board of the Wisconsin Journal of Family Law. She also serves on the Boards of Directors for both the Wisconsin Association of Family and Conciliation Courts (AFCC) and the Collaborative Family Law Council of Wisconsin (CFLCW).
