Aaron Frederickson is the Compliance Counsel for MSA Source, a nationwide leader in Medicare Secondary Payer compliance. He has over two decades of legal practice experience in worker’s compensation, personal injury, Medicare/Medicaid compliance, and alternative dispute resolution. His work includes countless coordination of benefits cases involving these issues, as well as serving as a mediator to create practical settlement solutions in complex matters.
Aaron is also a nationally recognized speaker at countless claims management and continuing legal education courses. He has been licensed to practice law in Minnesota since 2002 and in Wisconsin starting in 2008. His passions include assisting low-income persons via pro bono legal representation and operating Project Irie!, a foundation that promotes education, community involvement, and personal responsibility in Jamaica and beyond. Aaron received his Bachelor of Arts degree from St. Cloud State University and a Juris Doctorate from William Mitchell College of Law in St. Paul, Minnesota.
