Elaine Jensen is a Senior Paralegal at Axley with over 35 years of experience. Her career has been focused on litigation and personal injury law in both defense and plaintiffs’ work. Ms. Jensen has worked exclusively on plaintiffs’ cases since 2001.
In her role at Axley, Ms. Jensen has considerable client contact, assisting them through the entire personal injury claim process. She assists Axley attorneys with initial client intake, discovery, accident investigation, establishing specialized damages, medical payments, submissions, organizing and summarizing medical records and expenses, working with medical providers to obtain reports and testimony, and tracking and resolving subrogation issues.
Ms. Jensen has taught multiple seminars and authored industry-related articles for legal assistants and paralegals through various organizations. She also routinely mentors paralegal interns from various local programs to pass her knowledge and experience on to the next generation of paralegals.
