Emil is an award-wining attorney and the founder of OVB Law & Consulting, S.C. He is known for his knack for creating customized legal and business solutions for his clients. Emil founded OVB Law & Consulting out of a need to transform how small businesses view and use legal services. In 2017 and 2018, Emil was named to the Wisconsin Law Journal's ``Up and Coming Lawyers`` list, a prestigious honor bestowed on attorneys who have demonstrated leadership, contributed to their community and successfully achieved legal outcomes early in their career. Emil was also named to the Wisconsin Super Lawyers® ``Rising Star`` list as one of the top attorneys in Wisconsin in 2017 & 2018. In addition to his law practice, Emil serves as an Adjunct Assistant Professor at the Marquette University Law School.
Samantha Huddleston, OVB Law & Consulting, S.C.
Samantha practices in the OVB Law & Consulting, S.C.’s business law sector. She focuses on working with the Firm's closely-held business clients and works with clients on issues pertaining to general business matters, employment law, tax law, trademark counseling, and administrative compliance. She graduated in the top 25% of her law school class. Samantha joined the OVB Law team in December 2016, first as a Law Clerk and now an Attorney. While in law school she, also, earned service honors as an active volunteer participant of Marquette University's volunteer legal clinics. As an Attorney, Samantha continues to demonstrate her dedication to service work and passion for helping underrepresented individuals through her work at the Milwaukee Justice Center.

Collin works with business owners at all stages of their business development. Collin consults with Founders on pivotal start-up matters such as their business model, entity choice, protecting and leveraging intellectual property, hiring employees and contractors, minimizing damage from disgruntled Founders, Internet law, and State & Local regulations. Prior to pursuing a career in law, he worked in the software industry – specifically with data integrity and internal control systems. Collin received a Bachelor of Arts Degree in International Business with concentrations in Sales and Spanish from Bradley University.
Roberto Cordova Guerra, UW Law School
Roberto is an LLM student at UW Law School who practiced in Mexico before moving to Milwaukee to help open the Mexican Consulate in Milwaukee. He then worked at the consulate for several years providing immigration advice and providing resources for immigrants. He returned to school and hopes to practice in immigration law in the US once he graduates.
Ray Feliz, Octavia Legal Associates
Attorney Ray Feliz is a co-founder of Octavia Legal Associates where he centers his practice on business and immigration law. He received an Economics and Business degree from Cornell College and a law degree from the University of Wisconsin, where he focused on comparative and international business law. Before co-founding OLA, he clerked for Northwestern Mutual Insurance, Community Justice, the University of Wisconsin Athletic Compliance Department, as well as Habush Habush & Rottier. Attorney Ray Feliz was born in the Dominican Republic. Ray believes in community development through active engagement. To date, he keeps the community-driven mindset from his days in law school as he sits on the Executive Board for the Community Immigration Law Center.
Aissa Olivarez, Community Immigration Law Center
Aissa Olivarez is the Managing Attorney at the Community Immigration Law Center (CILC). She joined CILC in August 2017 and as a part of the organization provides deportation defense. Prior to joining CILC, Aissa was a Staff Attorney at the Pro Bono Asylum Representation Children’s Project (ProBAR), where she represented unaccompanied minor children who were placed in removal proceedings by the Department of Homeland Security in Harlingen, Texas. During law school, Aissa participated in the Immigrant Justice Clinic and the Defenders Project at the University of Wisconsin Law School. In September 2018, Aissa was awarded the Belle Case LaFollette Award by the Wisconsin Law Foundation for her work with under-served communities.
Aviva Kaiser, State Bar of Wisconsin
Attorney Aviva Kaiser is Ethics Counsel at the State Bar of Wisconsin. Prior to joining the State Bar in 2013, she taught at the University of Wisconsin Law School for 25 years. She taught Professional Responsibilities, Ethical and Professional Considerations in Writing, Problem Solving, and Risk Management. Aviva received her B.A. in Chinese from the University of Pittsburgh and her J.D. from the State University of New York at Buffalo Law School. She clerked for the Honorable Louis B. Garippo in People v. John Wayne Gacy and clerked for the Honorable Maurice Perlin in the Illinois Appellate Court. She practiced law in Chicago before beginning her full-time teaching career at IIT Chicago/Kent College of Law. Aviva is a member of the State Bar of Wisconsin, a Wisconsin Law Fellow, an American Bar Foundation Fellow, and a frequent speaker on matters of professional ethics.
Meg Pirics, Milwaukee Brewers Baseball Club
Meg is Legal Associate for the Milwaukee Brewers Baseball Club, where she is responsible for advising and assisting various departments in their daily operations by negotiating and drafting agreements, defending the Club's intellectual property rights, analyzing solutions to minimize risk, and overseeing legal work for the Club's Phoenix operations. The 2020 season marks Meg's sixth season with the Club, where she began as a legal intern during her third year at Marquette University Law School. While in law school, Meg served as the Editor-in-Chief of the Marquette Sports Law Review and graduated with a Certificate in Sports Law from the National Sports Law Institute.
