Julie M. Bogle (Retired) is a tax principal at BDO USA LLP and serves as the head of their Private Client Service division in Wisconsin. She specializes in business advisory services for family-owned and closely held businesses, as well as their owners. Passionate about her service to clients, Attorney Bogle has helped numerous companies transition their ownership to the next generation. She speaks and writes on a variety of family business-related topics, including generational issues, planning for transition, and the importance of family in family businesses. Attorney Bogle’s education includes a J.D., summa cum laude, from the University of Wisconsin Law School; a Graduate Certificate in State and Local Taxation (SALT) from the UW-Milwaukee School of Business; and a B.A. from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.

Gregory Monday is a shareholder with Reinhart Boerner Van Deuren, S.C., in Madison. In his practice, he counsels family businesses and their owners on ownership, governance, and succession planning. Attorney Monday authored the book The Lawyer's Guide to Family Business Succession Planning, which was published by the American Bar Association in 2020. He received his law degree in 1993 from the University of Wisconsin Law School, where he also taught as an adjunct professor. Attorney Monday is a member of the State Bar of Wisconsin and the American Bar Association, and he is a fellow with the American College of Trust and Estate Counsel.
