Brandon Gutschow is a partner and litigator with Quarles & Brady in Milwaukee. He has a particular interest in and experience with helping policyholders navigate insurance coverage issues, from assisting with evaluating and placing coverage to presenting, negotiating, and litigating claims across the full spectrum of commercial coverages. Brandon has handled commercial disputes for clients ranging from small closely held companies to large publicly traded corporations. 

Lora LoCoco is a skilled litigator and partner with Quarles & Brady in Milwaukee with experience spanning various legal disciplines. While she focuses her practice on product liability defense, she also devotes a significant portion of her practice to commercial litigation and indemnification and insurance coverage claims and litigation. Lora’s technical background, including a hard science degree and admission to the USPTO patent bar, makes her adept at understanding the construction and functionality of client products, as well as enabling her to effectively represent claims across myriad industries and product lines. Lora leverages her wide-ranging technical and legal background to provide holistic, winning solutions and to provide maximum value to her clients. Her goal is not simple to resolve her clients’ disputes, but also to identify and address the underlying causes, thus reducing clients’ legal exposure over time. 

Patrick Proctor-Brown is a partner in the Milwaukee office of Quarles & Brady. He helps clients with a variety of general civil and commercial litigation matters, with a focus on public utility regulation matters and insurance coverage work on behalf of policyholders. He is also experienced in professional malpractice litigation, franchise litigation, and litigating complex disputes between businesses. Patrick is involved in multiple pro bono commitments, including criminal appellate work, the Marquette Volunteer Legal Clinic, and domestic abuse and truancy prevention. He served as an infantry platoon leader with the Wisconsin Army National Guard and is now a captain in the Army Reserves. While with the Wisconsin National Guard, he was deployed to Camp Bucca, Iraq in support of Operation Iraqi Freedom. For his service overseas, Patrick was awarded the Bronze Star Medal.
