Brian L. Anderson is a shareholder with the Madison law firm of DeWitt LLP, where he practices in the areas of employee benefits, taxation, general business, nonprofit organizations, and estate planning. He received his law degree from the University of Wisconsin in 1980 and an LL.M. (taxation) degree from New York University in 1982. Mr. Anderson chairs his firm’s Employee Benefits Practice Group. He is a certified public accountant, certified employee benefits specialist, and author of the employee benefits chapter in A Guide for Wisconsin Nonprofit Organizations published by the State Bar of Wisconsin. He is past chair of the Business Law Section of the State Bar of Wisconsin and a past member of the State Bar Board of Governors.
