A block of rooms​ has been reserved at Kalahari Resorts & Conventions for WSSFC 2025 attendees under a discounted rate. Special WSSFC room rates will be honored at the Kalahari from October 19 to October 26, based on availability. Reservation deadline for discounted rooms is September 21, 2026.

Reservation deadline: Room reservations made by September 21, 2026, or until the room block has been filled, will receive the discounted conference rates. Please note that rooms sell out quickly and we can’t guarantee availability. We recommend making reservations as soon as possible.

All rooms include water park passes for 4 people. Room rates are for up to four people per room. An additional $50.00 per person, per night will be charged for more than four people.

Hotel Room Cancellation Policy

If you cancel your hotel reservation 72 hours or more prior to your arrival, you’ll receive a full refund minus a processing fee (currently $30). If you cancel less than 72 hours prior to arrival, you forfeit your entire deposit (one night room charge).
