A block of rooms has been reserved for WSSFC attendees under a discounted rate. Special WSSFC room rates will be honored at the Kalahari from October 17 to October 22 based on availability. Reservation deadline for discounted rooms is September 18, 2023.

The Kalahari Resorts does not accept completed Letters of Authorization forms, Tax Exemption forms, nor Purchase Orders to be submitted at the hotel check-in. These MUST be completed prior to check in.
We highly suggest that the attendees submit these forms at minimum two weeks prior to the hotel check- in so our team can process them in a timely manner. Failure to follow this procedure may result in full room and tax charges to the attendees on their personal cards; since our Front Desk will not accept these forms at check-in.

NEED FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE TO ATTEND THE CONFERENCE?
The Solo, Small Firm and General Practice Section is awarding scholarships to attend the 2023 WSSFC.
The Solo, Small Firm, and General Practice Section acknowledges that the cost can sometimes impede the professional development of section members. As a solution, the section is offering scholarship grants that can help with the registration expenses for the conference. Preference for the scholarships will be given to solo practitioners and small firm attorneys who would otherwise be unable to attend the conference due to financial constraints.
Requirement for scholarship recipients:
Applicants must be members of the Solo, Small Firm and General Practice Section.
Scholarship recipients will be asked to contribute to the mission of the Solo, Small Firm and General Practice Section through future volunteer service to the Section by assisting with conference planning, submitting a blog post or article to the newsletter, and/or serving on either the Section Board or a Board subcommittee.
Scholarships will cover the cost of tuition.
