Better serve an underserved population
Low-income clients often have multiple concurrent legal issues. The matter you’ve been consulted for may be just one of several challenges impacting the client’s life. While you don’t need to solve every problem a client has, it is helpful for you to have a basic understanding of a variety of legal issues, so you can provide sound counsel. Understanding Low Income Client Consumer Issues will provide an overview of several common consumer issues, so you can better advise your clients or know when to refer them to a more specialized attorney.

Using phone number spoofing technology, criminals can fraudulently make a government agency’s phone number appear on victims’ phones.
