Amy Boettcher is an executive coach who works with both individuals and teams. She is the owner of Amy Coaches. A former lawyer, Amy spent 18 years practicing law in Wisconsin Rapids. Amy earned her J.D. at the University of Notre Dame and received her coach training at the University of Wisconsin-Madison. In her one-on-one work, Amy partners with a client to design and implement a life that correlates with their values and brings them joy. In team coaching, Amy assists teams in learning about the differences between members and how to use that awareness to better communicate and with each other and accomplish the team's goals. Dean R. Dietrich, a shareholder with Weld Riley, S.C., has represented clients in the areas of lawyer ethics and professional responsibility for more than 40 years. He has represented attorneys in matters before the Wisconsin Supreme Court and the Office of Lawyer Regulation and consults with law firms and lawyers regarding compliance with the Rules of Professional Conduct. Dean has served as Chair of the State Bar Committee on Professional Ethics in addition to past service on the Committee appointed by the Wisconsin Supreme Court to review changes to Chapter 20, the Rules of Professional Conduct for Attorneys. Dean currently serves as President-Elect of the State Bar of Wisconsin. Dean is a member of the ABA’s Center for Professional Responsibility and the Association of Professional Responsibility Lawyers. He is a graduate of Marquette University Law School.
Lindsey D. Draper, J.D. had a legal career that spanned 30 years and included work as a Court Commissioner; Assistant State Public Defender; and Assistant District Attorney with primary assignments being at Milwaukee County's Children's Court Center. Following his 2006 retirement from service as a Circuit Court Commissioner for Milwaukee County, he oversaw Wisconsin's adherence to the mandates of the Juvenile Justice and Delinquency Prevention Act (JJDPA) as the state's Disproportionate Minority Contact (DMC) Coordinator and Compliance Monitor through the Wisconsin Department of Justice until his retirement in 2014. He is currently Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Milwaukee County Historical Society, the St. Charles Youth and Family Services, and the Alma Center in Milwaukee; a Director-at-Large of the National Client Protection Organization (NCPO); the Vice President for Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion of the Institute for Well-Being in Law (IWIL); and a member of the American Bar Association Center for Professional Responsibility Continuing Legal Education Committee.
