Kristen S. Scheuerman is a partner at Weiss Law Office, S.C. Kristen manages the firm’s Appleton office and focuses her practice primarily on plaintiffs’ personal injury claims. Throughout her career, she has also done insurance defense work and served as the prosecutor for a municipality in the Fox Valley. Kristen enjoys serving as a mediator throughout the state, and she is regularly asked to serve as guardian ad litem in cases to secure court approval of minor settlements.

Monte E. Weiss is the founder of Weiss Law Office, S.C., where he routinely represents insurance carriers and policyholders concerning insurance contract interpretation issues, claims of bad faith, and other complex coverage matters.
