Product ID: CA3851D
Presented By: State Bar of Wisconsin PINNACLE

Appellate intelligence

A solid appellate strategy starts with knowing what’s trending in the courts. Appellate Approach 2025 distills the most consequential civil decisions from the Wisconsin Supreme Court, the Wisconsin Court of Appeals, and the Seventh Circuit from the past year. Whether you’re litigating in trial court, preserving the record, or crafting your next brief, this program keeps you aligned with the latest doctrine, procedural shifts, and appellate reasoning.

Appellate attorney Caleb R. Gerbitz walks you through recent rulings with statewide implications, highlighting key takeaways. You’ll revisit the viability of Cook v. Cook, explore the court’s treatment of LLC member liability, and assess how new procedural rulings may recalibrate your notice of appeal deadlines.
