Stephen R. Meer, P.E. is a Senior Project Engineer at The Sigma Group, Inc. in Milwaukee and his experience includes managing environmental site assessments, field investigations, remediation projects, and developing remedial and closure strategies for sites. Stephen is responsible for managing individual projects from initial investigation through regulatory case closure and developing cost-effective strategies for managing risks associated with redevelopment of brownfield sites. Stephen is one of Sigma’s vapor intrusion experts having worked extensively on projects with complicated vapor issues, including representing the WDNR.
Joshua J. Neudorfer is the Business Development Leader and a Senior Consultant at The Sigma Group, Inc. with almost 30 years working in the environmental and engineering consulting industry, with 26 of those at Sigma. He has extensive experience in contaminant cleanup, real estate due diligence, hazardous material management, stormwater solutions, adaptive reuse, and property redevelopment. In his current role he works with clients to identify the right solutions for their unique challenges, working with project teams to implement those solutions. Josh focuses on long-term relationship building, trust, and value—important components to long-term success.
