Felice Borisy-Rudin is the Policy Analyst for the Wisconsin Alcohol Policy Project (WisAPP). She joined the Wisconsin Alcohol Policy Project in 2021, while it was located at the UW Law School, and transitioned with it to the Medical College of Wisconsin’s Comprehensive Injury Center this fall. Felice received her JD from the UW-Madison Law School, PhD in neuroscience from the Johns Hopkins University School of Medicine, and BS in biology from Caltech. Since law school, Felice has worked as a civil practice attorney, a municipal prosecutor, and a municipal judge. Felice also served as a village trustee for 11 years. Felice writes, provides technical assistance, and conducts trainings on municipal alcohol policy throughout Wisconsin.
