Nina G. Beck is commercial litigator and a member of Godfrey & Kahn’s Financial Services Litigation and Government Investigations, White Collar & Compliance practice groups in the Milwaukee office. Nina represents a wide range of clients in state and federal court on a variety of civil matters, including commercial contract disputes, financial services litigation, FINRA arbitrations, fraudulent transfer actions, government investigations, unfair competition, consumer disputes, antitrust, construction defect litigation, and other complex business litigation. Nina also serves her community through her pro bono work. She represented and obtained a favorable settlement for a federal prisoner in a Section 1983 case in the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Wisconsin, and she is a frequent volunteer at the Eviction Defense Project and Marquette Volunteer Legal Clinic. Prior to joining Godfrey & Kahn, Nina worked for the Wisconsin Senate Sergeant-at-Arms.

Sean O’D. Bosack is a shareholder in the Litigation Practice Group of Godfrey & Kahn’s Milwaukee office, and a member of the Government Investigations, White Collar & Compliance Practice Group. Since joining the firm in 1997, Sean has focused his practice on complex business and corporate civil and criminal litigation. He devotes a substantial portion of his practice to representing corporations conducting internal investigations involving various forms of fraud and corporate governance issues, and representing corporate and individual clients in white-collar criminal matters in industries including health care, financial services, securities, manufacturing and construction, and in the parallel civil and regulatory proceedings that often follow.

Sean is also an adjunct professor at Marquette University Law School, where he teaches a course on Capital Markets. He frequently guest lectures for evidence and professional responsibility classes too, where he speaks on topics involving expert evidence and corporate internal investigations. Sean earned a bachelor's degree in history from Brown University in 1990 and graduated magna cum laude from Marquette University Law School in 1997.
